"Services" include the application, platform, and related functionalities. This includes jayagra.com or apps and services developed by Jayen Agrawal (with the exception of bearTracks, beartracks.io, Turbid, and Personal Values Sort which are subject to their own Terms of Service), and all discontinued applications bearing Jayen Agrawal's name.
"Developer" refers to the developer of the Services, Jayen Agrawal, his contractors and affiliates, as well as the host of the Services.
"You" refers to the person that has accepted to be bound by these Terms of Service.
"User Content" refers content, data, or other information submitted by You within the Services.
"User Data" refers to identifiable data about You.
a. Age You must be at least 13 years old or adhere to regional age requisites to register with these Services.
b. Changes to these Terms of Service The Developer reserves the right to change these Terms of Service, with or without notice, for any reason.
c. Termination of Services The Developer reserves the right to terminate Services for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
a. User Data For some applications that offer registration, in order to register, certain User Data provided by You will be retained by the Developer. User Data is never shared with third parties.
b. User Data Deletion If You would like your User Data removed, You must email the Developer (privacy@jayagra.com) and allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Requests will be processed to the extent of the applicable regional law, and you will be required to provide proof of account ownership. In most cases, User Content will not be removed.
c. User Content For applications that allow submission of user content: when submitting User Content, You surrender all rights over the User Content to the Developer, and certify that submitted User Content was original work created by You.
d. User Content Intent For applications that allow submission of user content: User Content must be submitted with the intent to contribute accurate data to the Developer's database. Submitting User Content for personal gain may result in Service termination.
In no event will the Developer be liable to anyone for any indirect, punitive, special, exemplary, incidental, or consequential damages, in any way connected with these terms or the Service.
