This Privacy Policy describes how we handle your information when you visit jayagra.com or use applications developed and operated by Jayen Agrawal, with the exception of bearTracks applications and websites ("bearTracks - Data", "bearTracks - Scout", "bearTracks - Fantasy FRC", and "beartracks.io") which are subject to their own policy at http://beartracks.io/privacy. This set of services is referred to as the "Services".
We do not sell your personal information.
None of your personal information, browsing history, search history, or other identifiable usage data is saved when you use the Services.
When you visit jayagra.com or interact with our apps, your device transmits necessary network information to us automatically (including your IP address, browser type, and language). This transmission is required for internet protocols to function and deliver content to your device.
We do not save this information to disk. There are no tracking scripts, advertising pixels, or third-party client-loaded items used on our services.
Note: The "Turbid" and "Personal Values Sort" applications do not access the internet and therefore do not transmit network data.If you create an account, we store only the information you provide voluntarily to maintain that account (e.g., email address, username). We use cookies or authentication technologies solely to verify your identity during login. We do not store view history.
To help us improve our services, we may transmit basic anonymous usage data (such as error reports) from select applications. This data is completely anonymous and cannot be traced back to you personally. Transmission of this data occurs only if you explicitly opt-in on the applicable platforms.
All services maintain security logs. If a request appears suspicious based on its pattern, formation, or other attributes, it will be logged to disk for analysis.
IP addresses and identifying data associated with these requests are saved strictly for the purpose of maintaining application security. Once analyzed by our team, if no issues or potential threats are found, the logs are immediately deleted.
Note: The "Turbid" and "Personal Values Sort" applications do not access the internet and therefore do not have security logs.We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from children under the age of 13. Our applications and websites are intended for a general audience. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that data.
You may request the deletion of your account at any time through the settings tab of the app or website. To exercise your region-specific privacy rights, please send an email to privacy@jayagra.com. We aim to fulfill all requests within the maximum timeframe required by law. We also may opt to fulfill requests from individuals in regions that lack privacy regulations.
If we update this Privacy Policy, a notice will be posted on this page. You will be given the option to opt-out of the changes and cease use of the service if you do not agree with the modifications.
